Create config bootstrap rule

New-ConfigurationDotNetConfigBootstrapRule -SourcePath 'appsettings.example.json' -DestinationPath 'appsettings.json'

Parameters

-DestinationPath String required
Destination file path relative to output.
-OnMissingSource DotNetPublishPolicyMode optional
Policy when source file is missing.
Possible values: Warn, Fail, Skip
-Overwrite SwitchParameter optional
Allows overwriting existing destination file.
-SourcePath String required
Source file path relative to output.
