Create release profile

Parameters

-Default SwitchParameter optional
Marks this profile as default.
-Frameworks String[] optional
Optional framework overrides.
-Name String required
Profile name.
-Runtimes String[] optional
Optional runtime overrides.
-Style DotNetPublishStyle optional
Optional style override.
Possible values: Portable, PortableCompat, PortableSize, SelfContained, FrameworkDependent, AotSpeed, AotSize
-Targets String[] optional
Optional target name filters.
